  • • Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SaaS product marketing and a deep, practical understanding of AI-driven products. You will be instrumental in shaping the market perception, launch strategy, and adoption of our cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS platform.
  • • As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle. This includes developing and refining product positioning, crafting compelling messaging, and defining clear value propositions that resonate with our target audience. Your strategic insights will guide how our sophisticated AI capabilities are translated into tangible customer benefits, ensuring our product stands out in a competitive landscape.
  • • A core responsibility will be to lead and execute impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for major product launches, significant feature releases, and advancements in our AI functionalities. This involves meticulous planning, cross-functional alignment, and hands-on execution to ensure successful market entry and sustained adoption.
  • • You will be a master storyteller, responsible for writing and delivering high-impact content across various channels. This includes crafting engaging website copy, developing persuasive product narratives, creating essential launch assets, designing effective sales decks, and producing comprehensive enablement materials for our internal teams.
  • • A key differentiator for this role is the ability to translate complex AI concepts – such as advanced automation, sophisticated machine learning outputs, and data-driven insights – into clear, concise, and customer-centric messaging. You will bridge the gap between technical innovation and business value, making our AI features accessible and desirable to our users.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy. This involves aligning roadmap priorities with market needs, understanding the nuances of our AI capabilities, and ensuring that our product development is market-driven.
  • • You will be the primary enabler for our Sales and Customer Success teams. This means equipping them with clear messaging frameworks, robust competitive positioning, and compelling use-case-driven AI narratives that empower them to effectively communicate our product's value and drive revenue.
  • • Continuous market intelligence is crucial. You will conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive research, with a specific focus on the SaaS and AI sectors. These insights will directly inform our product marketing strategies, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market dynamics.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking ownership of initiatives from conception to completion. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results will be essential for success.
  • • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Product Marketing within the SaaS industry. A strong, practical understanding of AI-powered products is non-negotiable, extending beyond surface-level familiarity to encompass how AI features are developed, positioned, and delivered to end-users. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision.
  • • Given the remote nature of this role, prior experience working remotely is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana is expected. Experience working with US or UK-based companies is highly preferred. Applications lacking this specific remote work experience will not be considered.
  • • Preferred qualifications include direct experience marketing AI-first or AI-native SaaS products, a history of close collaboration with Product or Engineering teams on technical or data-driven products, and a background in a marketing, creative, or growth-focused agency. Experience supporting Sales-led, Product-led, or hybrid GTM motions in B2B SaaS is also advantageous.
  • • You will leverage a suite of modern tools, including collaboration platforms like Slack and Google Workspace, project management tools such as Asana or Jira, CRM and sales enablement platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, and analytics and AI-assisted productivity tools.
