- • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging strategies for GTM work streams using buyer research, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and product roadmap insights.
- • Create detailed buyer personas and market adoption strategies that reflect how financial institutions evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions.
- • Conduct competitive analysis and build positioning frameworks that clearly articulate Lumin Digital’s differentiation in the fintech space.
- • Translate complex platform capabilities and product innovations into compelling market narratives and value propositions tailored to financial services buyers.
- • Create and execute sales enablement content including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, case studies, ROI calculators, and demo narratives in partnership with the Senior PMM – GTM.
- • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing teams to align messaging frameworks and content strategy with go-to-market launches and sales/customer experience goals.
- • Partner with Product and Design teams to develop content, brand assets, and ensure consistent visual execution of positioning across all marketing materials.
- • Track content performance, sales utilization rates, and win/loss data to measure messaging effectiveness and recommend strategic refinements.
- • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Senior PMM – GTM to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence across all GTM initiatives.
- • Support brand asset creation and ensure alignment between strategic messaging and visual design systems.
- • Contribute to the development of marketing content that drives awareness, pipeline generation, and customer adoption of Lumin Digital’s platform.
- • Maintain minimal travel requirements of 12 days or less per year for in-person team gatherings, typically lasting 3–4 days each.
- • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring all activities align with company-wide GTM objectives and product launch timelines.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- • Experience in fintech, financial services, or banking technology strongly preferred
- • Demonstrated experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks for complex software solutions
- • Track record of synthesizing buyer research and competitive intelligence into strategic market narratives
- • Experience creating sales enablement content and collaborating with Sales teams on GTM campaigns
- • Proficiency with project management and content tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
