- • The Product Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional coordination and go-to-market execution for new product launches and feature releases at Willow Health, a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight loss care, working closely with the SVP of Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and operational readiness.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and managing go-to-market strategies, translating product and business strategy into clear marketing plans and messaging frameworks, owning launch planning across marketing, product, operations, and patient services, coordinating deliverables across creative, brand, copy, lifecycle, and digital marketing teams, conducting market and competitive research, tracking launch performance, and supporting evaluation of new product ideas through data-driven insights.
- • Willow Health is a mission-driven telehealth company combining medical expertise with a patient-centered approach to make high-quality cosmetic weight loss care accessible, thoughtful, and designed for real lives, operating as a diverse, global team with a fast-moving startup culture.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in launching physical consumer products in the ecommerce, supplements, skincare, and wellness space, strengthen cross-functional leadership and strategic messaging skills, gain experience in high-growth startup environments, and directly influence product positioning and growth strategy through market research and performance analysis.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth marketing
- • Experience launching physical consumer products (ecommerce, supplements, skincare, wellness, or consumer health strongly preferred)
- • Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
- • Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills
- • Ability to translate complex product ideas into clear messaging and positioning
- • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with market research and performance analysis
