  • • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our enterprise product marketing and sales enablement efforts. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with our expanding sales team, equipping them with the essential materials, compelling positioning, and comprehensive training required to successfully secure enterprise deals. This is a deeply hands-on position where you will actively engage in customer-facing calls, develop in-depth competitive intelligence, craft tailored prospecting decks for key accounts, and deliver practical, impactful training sessions.
  • • While the initial focus will be on internal enablement, your insights and learnings from the field will be instrumental in shaping our external product positioning, defining target personas, and orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns. You will be the crucial bridge between our product, sales, and marketing functions, ensuring a unified and effective go-to-market strategy for our enterprise solutions.
  • • Key responsibilities will include the creation and meticulous maintenance of a comprehensive suite of sales enablement collateral. This encompasses developing persuasive pitch decks that articulate our value proposition, crafting insightful competitive battlecards to equip the sales team with strategic advantages, designing concise and informative one-pagers, producing detailed demo guides to showcase product capabilities, and formulating effective objection handlers to address potential customer concerns.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering regular, engaging training sessions to the sales team. These sessions will cover critical aspects such as product positioning, highlighting our unique competitive differentiators, and mastering product demonstrations. Your ability to translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven narratives will be paramount.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve actively participating in and analyzing customer-facing calls. By gathering both qualitative feedback and quantitative data, you will gain invaluable insights into customer needs, pain points, and perceptions, which will directly inform and refine our product positioning and messaging.
  • • You will own the competitive intelligence function, diligently tracking competitor activities, maintaining up-to-date battlecards, and providing the sales and product teams with actionable market insights. Understanding the competitive landscape is crucial for maintaining our market leadership.
  • • You will play a key role in defining and continuously refining our enterprise positioning, messaging frameworks, and compelling use case narratives. This involves understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the enterprise segment and articulating how Scrunch provides an unparalleled solution.
  • • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will partner closely with our content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency and impact across our website positioning, product launch communications, and all customer-facing content. Your input will help shape how we present ourselves to the market.
  • • This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You will have the opportunity to build processes from the ground up and operate with a high degree of autonomy, making a tangible impact on Scrunch's trajectory. Your ability to adapt and translate patterns into AI-driven tasks will be essential for staying ahead in this rapidly evolving technological landscape.
