- • Execute end-to-end product launches using established frameworks for launch tier classification, milestone planning, sales enablement, customer communications, in-app messaging, and post-launch reporting.
- • Apply centralized product marketing systems—including ICP definitions, buyer journey frameworks, positioning architecture, and enablement standards—to assigned product portfolios to ensure market consistency and alignment.
- • Create high-impact marketing assets such as website content, landing pages, in-app messaging, and ad creatives designed to drive user engagement and conversion.
- • Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns across paid media, social channels, SEO, and email, ensuring messaging coherence and maximizing ROI.
- • Conduct customer interviews and contribute to competitive analysis to generate insights on market trends, customer behavior, and ICP/persona refinement.
- • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, demo scripts, and talk tracks to equip go-to-market teams with consistent, compelling messaging.
- • Support the Voice of the Industry (VoI) program by gathering and analyzing feedback from customer surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to inform product roadmap decisions and refine marketing messaging.
- • Champion customer advocacy initiatives by identifying, nurturing, and securing testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content to strengthen brand credibility and trust in the market.
- • Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment to manage multiple priorities while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- • Translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance product awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- • Maintain alignment with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track campaign performance and ensure accurate customer segmentation.
- • Utilize AI tools such as Claude to enhance content creation efficiency, optimize messaging, and support data analysis for marketing decision-making.
- • Leverage proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to build, share, and present marketing plans, reports, and collaborative assets across cross-functional teams.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes by identifying gaps in current systems and proposing solutions aligned with company-wide standards.
- • Ensure all marketing materials reflect Propelus’s mission to simplify healthcare compliance and champion a safer, healthier workforce.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing
- • Experience in the healthcare industry
- • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- • Proficiency in Claude or other comparable AI tools
