- • Product Operations/Manager - Staking Products role is critical to driving the success and scalability of Binance’s staking offerings, which enable users to earn rewards by locking up digital assets, directly contributing to user engagement, product adoption, and the growth of Binance’s DeFi and Web3 ecosystem.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of staking products, including coordinating with engineering, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to launch new staking campaigns, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure seamless user experience across platforms.
- • The Product Operations team at Binance operates within a fast-paced, innovative blockchain environment, collaborating closely with global product, tech, and business units to deliver high-impact financial products that serve millions of users worldwide.
- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in blockchain staking mechanics, product lifecycle management in crypto ecosystems, cross-functional coordination in a global tech company, and data-driven decision-making for high-volume financial products, positioning them for leadership in Web3 product operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product operations, project management, or product management within fintech, crypto, or technology industries.
- • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking mechanisms, and decentralized finance (DeFi) products.
- • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to track product performance, user behavior, and operational KPIs.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, compliance, marketing, and support teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
