- • The Product Support Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees and external customers seeking technical assistance, ensuring users receive timely and effective support to use Equip’s systems and applications.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support via phone, email, and chat; investigating and troubleshooting software and platform issues; assisting with hardware and software problems; escalating unresolved issues to senior teams; and consistently documenting all interactions in the ticketing system.

- • In this role, the associate will develop strong technical troubleshooting skills, deepen their understanding of healthcare technology platforms, improve customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment, and gain experience collaborating across internal teams while contributing to a meaningful mission of expanding access to eating disorder care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associates or bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- • Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong customer-service orientation with professional interpersonal skills
- • Ability to consistently follow processes with strong attention to detail
- • Quick learner with interest in mastering new technologies and product support best practices
- • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
- • Willingness to participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed
