📋 Description

• As a Program Manager in Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS), you will drive end-to-end management of complex programs for Federal, State, and Local Government clients, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget while serving as the primary point of contact for government initiatives.
• You will oversee full-cycle program management including risk mitigation, financial forecasting, and contract compliance; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to bring products to market; and drive continuous improvement initiatives in an Agile environment to optimize go-to-market speed and streamline delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
• You will join a collaborative team of nine professionals within Iron Mountain’s IMGS division, partnering across functional areas to deliver mission-critical results for 225,000 global customers in records management, digital transformation, data centers, and asset lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in Project or Program Management
• Strong knowledge of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector or Federal government standards, ideally with expertise in records management or Information Technology
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization, influencing and coordinating across departments without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred)
• US Citizenship is required to meet government contract requirements
