- • In this pivotal role as a Proposal Manager for Europe, you will be instrumental in driving successful and compelling responses to complex sales opportunities. You will serve as a key strategic partner to the Veeva Europe Sales organization, taking ownership of the entire proposal lifecycle from initiation to completion. This position demands a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end project management of proposal development. This includes meticulously planning, executing, and monitoring proposal activities to ensure timely and high-quality submissions. You will be the central point of contact for all proposal-related efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with Veeva's strategic objectives and customer requirements.

- • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in proposal management, specifically within the B2B SaaS or technology sector, with a strong understanding of the full proposal lifecycle (RFP/RFI response, project management, content development, submission).
- • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously, define scope, set timelines, manage resources, and mitigate risks effectively.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content, and to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex RFP/RFI documents, understand customer requirements, and translate them into compelling proposal narratives.
