📋 Description

• Python Developer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab, contributing to the creation of high-quality coding challenges and assessments.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer submissions for correctness and realism; identifying edge cases and ambiguities; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company collaborating with a leading AI lab to advance software engineering evaluation through expert-contributed tasks, offering flexibility and impact in AI-driven education and assessment.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in software design, testing, and code review while contributing to cutting-edge AI training data; consultants will produce production-realistic tasks, robust test suites, and structured peer feedback that shape how AI models learn software engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
