- • Lead and grow a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development support to help individuals thrive and advance in their roles
- • Define and drive the quality roadmap in partnership with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leaders; aligning testing strategy, automation, and release readiness with business priorities
- • Scale and improve automation frameworks and regression/smoke/integration suites to increase coverage, keep developer feedback loops fast, and improve deployment speed and confidence
- • Embed testing into CI/CD to reduce manual effort and prevent regressions, and drive release readiness and incident learning to avoid recurring issues
- • Promote operational excellence across the SDLC by setting quality best practices for test planning, exploratory testing, defect triage, and metrics; focused on defect prevention, observable quality signals, and continuous improvement
- • Ensure testing covers performance, security, and regulatory/compliance needs for fintech products
- • Hire and onboard QA engineers, helping scale a diverse, high-performing team while maintaining a strong bar for talent and culture
- • Manage and continuously improve team processes, partnering with engineering teams on planning, execution, and retrospectives to drive effective collaboration and predictable delivery
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience managing SDET/QA/Quality Engineering teams of 5+
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation for production systems across mobile and web
- • Experience building and operating testing programs for mission-critical products at scale, with a strong focus on automation, release readiness, reliability, performance testing, and regression prevention
- • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives and improving quality outcomes
- • Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to influence engineering and product partners effectively
- • Experienced in mentoring future leaders and growing talent
