📋 Description

• The Quality Analyst III is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data to drive improved quality performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights that inform strategy and interventions.
• Day to day, the role involves generating comprehensive reports, graphics, and dashboards; reviewing data for patterns and trends; providing technical expertise in SQL, SAS, and DAX; interpreting quality reporting requirements; collaborating with business partners and IT teams; and refining analytics requests for areas such as HEDIS, Population Health, and Health Equity.

• In this role, the individual can develop advanced analytics and visualization skills, deepen expertise in healthcare quality metrics (including HEDIS), lead analytic efforts, serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives that impact population health and accreditation goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and/or analytic programming
• Minimum of three years of HEDIS or similar healthcare quality performance metrics experience
• 3-5 years of programming experience in SQL, SAS, and/or Alteryx
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to lead analytic efforts
