📋 Description

  • As a Quote Analyst – Salesforce CPQ-1 at Gainsight Inc., you will play a key role in enabling efficient and compliant revenue operations by supporting the end-to-end quoting and contracting process across multiple regions with accuracy and precision, reporting to the Director, Deal Desk & Contracts within the G&A team in a fully remote role based in India.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing accurate, timely quotes within Salesforce CPQ; partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment with pricing policies, contract terms, and approval workflows; validating deal structures, contract terms, and billing schedules for accuracy and compliance; maintaining data integrity across Salesforce CPQ and contract records throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle; troubleshooting and resolving quoting or contract discrepancies independently; contributing to process improvements and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to minimize errors and uphold high standards of accuracy; and supporting global teams by working flexible hours across US and EMEA time zones as needed, with occasional travel (5%) for team meetings, training, or company events.

  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes, strengthen your analytical and stakeholder coordination skills, gain exposure to global SaaS operations, and contribute to process optimization efforts that enhance scalability and compliance—positioning you for growth within revenue operations, deal desk, or sales operations functions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Quote Analyst, Sales Operations, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or comparable quote-to-cash tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Contract Management or similar contract lifecycle systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight timelines
