- • The Recruiting Coordinator role at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. supports high-volume, multi-market hiring within the Global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring operations are structured, accurate, and fast-moving to enable scalable talent acquisition across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining ATS accuracy through daily checks, following up with interviewers for timely feedback, drafting offer letters, managing pre-hire documentation, reviewing job descriptions, monitoring applicant volume and funnel performance, and managing job posting activity across job boards to sustain healthy applicant flow.
- • Bjak is a mission-driven technology company that built Southeast Asia’s first and leading insurance platform, now serving over 8 million users, and is expanding into AI-integrated applications with a flat, highly talented, and execution-focused engineering and product culture.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global recruitment operations, gain hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, refine your coordination and communication skills in a fast-paced environment, and contribute directly to scaling talent acquisition for a growing tech innovator.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations
- • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- • Comfort working with global teams across different time zones
