• • The Recruiting Coordinator role supports high-volume, multi-market hiring within the Global Talent Acquisition team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., ensuring hiring operations are structured, accurate, and fast-moving to support the company’s mission of building superior application platforms globally.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining ATS accuracy through daily checks, following up with interviewers for timely feedback, drafting offer letters, managing pre-hire documentation, reviewing job descriptions, monitoring applicant volume and funnel performance, and managing job postings across boards and channels to sustain healthy applicant flow.
