📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams across multiple functions and markets.
• Manage all candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflows, hiring records, and candidate statuses.
• Track hiring pipelines and proactively ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to prevent delays.
• Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers by handling administrative tasks and process logistics.
• Prepare and distribute hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics to inform team decisions and improve efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend actionable improvements to enhance speed and quality.
• Uphold a high-quality candidate experience by ensuring consistency, clarity, and responsiveness at every touchpoint.
• Organize and maintain hiring documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring timelines with business needs and team availability.
• Adapt quickly to evolving hiring demands and adjust workflows to support scaling operations in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrate high ownership by anticipating needs, resolving issues independently, and driving process improvements without prompting.
• Work with spreadsheets and ATS platforms to manage candidate data, track metrics, and generate reports with precision.
• Ensure all hiring activities reflect the company’s standards for professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Support the recruitment team in onboarding logistics and candidate documentation preparation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting operations by documenting best practices and sharing insights with the team.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.
