- • Manage end-to-end candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including scheduling, updates, and feedback delivery.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency.
- • Track hiring pipelines across multiple functions and markets, monitoring progress and initiating timely follow-ups to prevent delays.
- • Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers, enabling them to focus on strategic talent acquisition activities.
