- • The Recruiting Operations Manager at Harvey AI Inc. plays a critical role in building and optimizing the infrastructure that powers a world-class recruiting function, ensuring seamless, data-informed hiring experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across global teams.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and optimizing the recruiting tech stack (including Ashby), designing process improvements to reduce friction and increase hiring velocity, managing core workflows like requisition and offer administration, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with Analytics to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

- • In this role, the person will gain deep expertise in recruiting systems and AI-enabled automation, develop strategic influence across Finance, Engineering, People Ops, and IT, and shape scalable recruiting infrastructure at a high-growth AI company during a period of rapid global expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration with progressive ownership of a recruiting tech stack
- • Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred), including configuration, workflow design, and reporting configuration/usage
- • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and automation—including AI/ML tooling—that measurably improved operational outcomes
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to partner with Analytics on reporting, interpret data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- • Systems thinking orientation—ability to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes, and anticipate downstream effects of changes
- • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort partnering with Finance, Engineering, People, and IT stakeholders
