- • The Recruiting Operations Manager at Harvey AI Inc. plays a critical role in building and optimizing the recruiting infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid global expansion, ensuring seamless hiring experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and optimizing the recruiting tech stack (Ashby, integrations, downstream systems), designing process improvements to reduce friction and improve hiring velocity, managing core workflows like requisition and offer handling, partnering with Analytics to interpret data and drive decisions, deploying AI-powered automation in recruiting, and collaborating with Finance, People Ops, and IT on headcount planning and system integrations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration with progressive ownership of a recruiting tech stack
- • Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms, particularly Ashby, including configuration, workflow design, and reporting
- • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and automation, including AI/ML tooling, that improved operational outcomes
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to partner with Analytics on reporting, interpret data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- • Systems thinking orientation to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes and anticipate downstream effects
- • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort partnering with Finance, Engineering, People, and IT stakeholders
