  • • As a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6-month W2 contract with Talentful Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-growth technology companies to build world-class teams by ensuring seamless, efficient, and candidate-centric recruitment operations. Your work directly contributes to Talentful’s mission of transforming recruitment into a strategic driver of business value, helping clients attract and retain top talent that accelerates innovation and market success.
  • • You will partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from interview scheduling to on-site logistics, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience that reflects Talentful’s commitment to excellence in talent acquisition.
  • • Day to day, you will own the candidate experience by creating timely, personalized interactions that leave a lasting impression; schedule complex interview panels across multiple time zones with precision; manage calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers; coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for on-site interviews; book and prepare interview rooms (virtual and physical); attend stakeholder feedback sessions to capture insights and drive process improvements; and collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine recruiting workflows, enhance communication, and increase operational efficiency.
  • • You will be embedded within Talentful’s global team of seasoned talent leaders who work alongside in-house teams at industry-leading clients such as Alphabet, Microsoft, Pinterest, Atlassian, Expedia, Instacart, Miro, and others. This role offers exposure to best-in-class talent practices and the opportunity to contribute to scalable, data-informed recruitment strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced coordination and stakeholder management skills, deepen your expertise in high-volume tech recruitment, master calendar and logistics optimization across global teams, and gain experience in process improvement initiatives within elite talent functions—positioning you for growth into senior recruitment operations, talent coordination, or HR generalist roles within fast-scaling organizations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar talent acquisition support role
  • • Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced technology recruitment environments
  • • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong data integrity
  • • Demonstrated success in managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
  • • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
