- • Manage daily workforce flow, scheduling, vacation planning, and emergency service coverage for weekends and evenings across a multi-location territory.
- • Collaborate daily with dispatchers to optimize technician scheduling, ensure service efficiency, maintain schedule adherence, and complete contracted service obligations.
- • Lead the onboarding and training of new Service Delivery Specialists (SDS) by implementing and executing structured training plans.
- • Coach and empower field technicians to take ownership of their performance outcomes by providing necessary tools, resources, and directional guidance.
- • Identify individual technician potential and align development activities with their unique abilities and talents to maximize team effectiveness.
- • Monitor and manage technician performance through ongoing coaching and direction, under the supervision of the District Manager.
- • Review monthly district performance metrics with the District Manager to identify gaps and implement improvements aligned with sales and profitability budgets.
- • Coordinate with the Parts Department to resolve parts inventory, shipping, and delivery issues impacting service operations.
- • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- • Proactively manage customer relationships to resolve service issues, demonstrate value, and ensure high levels of service quality and retention.
- • Lead a high-performing field service team while balancing operational efficiency, customer expectations, and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- • Utilize leadership skills to develop and support a team of field technicians, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Participate in a field service management structure with clear pathways for professional advancement and skill development.
- • Work from a home office in Pelham, Alabama, with responsibility for a regional territory across the United States.
- • Leverage best-in-class resources and technology to drive service performance and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate degree and two years of people management experience, OR a combination of Smartcare experience, people management, or education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (1.5 years’ experience = 1 year post-secondary education)
- • Must be able to read and write in English
- • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
