- • We are actively seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Call Center Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued existing customers, assisting them with essential modifications to their current insurance policies. Leveraging our extensive network of over 55 insurance carrier partners, you will expertly guide customers through various service requests and inquiries.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of customer support functions, including the meticulous processing of service requests. This involves tasks such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers from policies, updating lienholder information, and efficiently distributing policy documents. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have accurate and up-to-date information regarding their coverage.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to provide clear and comprehensive answers to customer questions concerning their existing insurance policies. This includes explaining coverage details, clarifying policy benefits, and facilitating necessary changes to their policies. Your ability to communicate complex insurance information in an understandable manner will be crucial.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling inbound customer inquiries and service requests.
- • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- • A genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant call center technology.
