- • As a Remote Call Center Agent at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in helping car owners save time and money by supporting their insurance needs through one of the nation’s fastest-growing fintech startups. With over 4 million customers and a top-rated AllCar app, Jerry is transforming car ownership, and your work will directly contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will respond to inbound calls from existing customers, process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents. You will also assist customers with questions about coverages, policy benefits, and make changes to existing policies while actively working to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation.
- • You will join a passionate, curious, and egoless team at Jerry.ai, a company backed by over $240 million in funding and driven by AI and machine learning to simplify car ownership. The team is dedicated to solving real-world problems and building a revolutionary product in a massive market.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service and insurance industry expertise, gain experience working with over 55 insurance carriers, and receive ongoing training and mentorship from leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on millions of customers while building a career in a fast-growing, innovative fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- • Passion for helping others
- • Availability to work remotely with provided equipment
- • Willingness to obtain a P&C license (company will pay for it within 60 days of start)
