- • As a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in helping car owners save time and money by supporting them with insurance policy changes and inquiries, directly contributing to customer retention and satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech startup serving over 4M users.
- • Day to day, you will respond to inbound calls from existing customers, process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, sending policy documents, and assisting with coverage questions or policy modifications to ensure accurate and timely support.
- • You will join a passionate, curious, and egoless team at Jerry.ai, a mission-driven company backed by over $240M in funding, dedicated to simplifying car ownership through AI-powered innovation and recognized as the #1 rated AllCar app in the App Store.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in property and casualty insurance processes, gain hands-on experience with a wide range of carrier products (55+ partners), and build valuable customer service and problem-solving skills while working remotely with provided equipment and ongoing mentorship.

- • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment

🏖️ Benefits
- • Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
