- • We are actively seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Support Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic and expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued existing customers, assisting them with crucial modifications to their current insurance policies. Leveraging our extensive network of over 55 insurance carrier partners, you will expertly guide customers through policy adjustments, from processing essential service changes to providing clear and concise answers regarding intricate policy details. - • Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and driving our mission forward. You will be responsible for:
- • Responding promptly and professionally to all inbound customer inquiries via telephone, ensuring a high level of service and a positive interaction.
- • Efficiently processing a variety of service requests, including but not limited to, adding or removing vehicles and drivers from policies, updating lienholder information, and generating and distributing policy documents as needed.
- • Providing comprehensive assistance to customers navigating questions about their existing insurance policies, clarifying coverages, explaining policy benefits, and facilitating necessary changes to ensure their policies accurately reflect their current needs.
- • Playing a critical role in customer retention efforts by proactively identifying and engaging with policyholders who may be at risk of cancellation. Your ability to find effective solutions and demonstrate the value of their Jerry policy will be key to retaining their business and making a significant difference in their financial well-being.
- • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory resolution.
- • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policy changes, and industry best practices to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
- • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and strategies by providing feedback and insights.
