📋 Description
- • Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- • Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and effective borrower consultation.
- • Build strong relationships with customers and, where applicable, with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
- • Manage an active loan pipeline while meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
- • Leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven tools to monitor pipeline health and enhance customer engagement.
- • Partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure efficient loan movement and timely closings.
- • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience through phone, email, and text communication.
- • Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions.
- • Maintain active NMLS licensing, complete required continuing education, and participate in ongoing professional development.
- • Operate in either a high-volume, phone-based, lead-driven environment or a consultative, market-based model focused on Zillow Preferred Agents, depending on strengths and team alignment.
- • Collect, store, and use voiceprints (records of speech) for operational and compliance purposes as part of daily responsibilities.
- • Work remotely from a principal place of residence physically located within the state of Michigan.
- • May elect to spend time working at a company office, but employment is contingent upon remaining in Michigan; relocation to another state requires company review and approval and may be denied.
- • Earn incentive compensation based on experience, performance, and location, in addition to competitive base pay.
- • Utilize proficiency in CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage daily workflows and reporting.
- • Demonstrate strong time management, organization, and pipeline management skills in a structured, performance-driven environment with clearly defined KPIs.
- • Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with borrowers and partners.
- • Apply consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage origination process to guide borrowers through every stage of financing.
