📋 Description

  • Serve as the Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in support of advanced aerial logistics and UAS operations across the United States.
  • Operate drones in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations, ensuring all flights are conducted legally, safely, and within authorized airspace.
  • Plan and execute pre-flight mission briefings, including risk assessments, weather analysis, and airspace coordination.
  • Conduct post-flight data collection and documentation, ensuring accurate logs of flight times, mission parameters, and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with ground teams and mission planners to align drone operations with project objectives and logistical requirements.
  • Maintain and inspect UAS equipment, including batteries, sensors, and payloads, to ensure airworthiness and operational readiness.
  • Respond to real-time flight anomalies or emergencies by executing contingency protocols and safely landing the aircraft.
  • Communicate with air traffic control and other stakeholders as required during flight operations in controlled or congested airspace.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and industry best practices for UAS operations, including privacy, data security, and environmental considerations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and proficiency evaluations to maintain FAA certification and operational competency.
  • Support the development of new operational procedures and flight workflows as part of TSMG’s expanding talent network for UAS initiatives.
  • Document and report all flight activities through company-approved digital platforms, ensuring traceability and audit compliance.
  • Work independently in diverse environments, including urban, rural, and industrial settings, to complete mission-critical aerial tasks.
  • Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal drone operation restrictions.
  • Maintain a clean flight record with no violations or incidents related to FAA regulations or company policy.
  • Be available for on-call or scheduled missions across the U.S., with flexibility to travel as needed for program deployments.
