Resident Engineeer

📋 Description

• • The Resident Engineer serves as Sine Engineering’s technical and quality representative at EMS (CM) sites, ensuring correct execution of product requirements, smooth New Product Introduction (NPI), and volume production while maintaining full compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting NPI from EVT/DVT through PVT and mass production, monitoring assembly and test processes for PCBA and final assemblies, executing and tracking ECO/ECR implementation, reviewing and approving manufacturing documentation, and acting as the first responder for yield drops, test failures, and quality alerts to support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
