đź“‹ Description
- • As a Revenue Intelligence Architect at Element451, you will build and operationalize the revenue intelligence stack—including CRM data architecture, Snowflake pipelines, and AI-powered workflows—to drive autonomous execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, enabling predictable revenue and autonomous growth for a modern SaaS platform serving higher education.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building revenue predictability models for ARR, NRR, churn risk, and expansion; creating dynamic models for territory mapping, pipeline forecasting, product upsell potential, and customer health scoring; mapping whitespace across account hierarchies to surface net new revenue opportunities; architecting and managing data pipelines between HubSpot, Intercom, and Snowflake with enforced data governance; deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems that drive real GTM outcomes; and delivering executive-level reporting that prescribes next steps based on historical data.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Element451, a company that helps colleges and universities modernize student enrollment, engagement, and support by applying the same technology, automation, and AI mindset internally to operate smarter, faster, and with greater impact—where Revenue Intelligence is central to translating data into sustainable growth.
- • In this role, you will gain ownership and influence in defining modern revenue operations within a category-defining AI company, with the opportunity to audit and resolve data integrity gaps, launch predictive models used by sales teams, implement AI workflows that reduce manual coordination, and directly contribute to measurable increases in pipeline velocity or expansion revenue.
