We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to partner closely with our Sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue through the development and execution of integrated, regionally aligned marketing programs.
- • This exciting position sits at the critical intersection of marketing and sales, demanding a deep understanding of both disciplines to effectively translate regional business priorities into tangible, measurable demand generation and pipeline impact. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly contribute to our revenue objectives.
- • As the Revenue Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of demand generation campaigns. This includes identifying target audiences, developing compelling messaging, selecting appropriate channels, and meticulously tracking campaign performance against key metrics such as MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), pipeline value, and ultimately, closed-won revenue.
- • You will collaborate extensively with Sales leadership to understand their regional goals, challenges, and opportunities. This close alignment will ensure that marketing efforts are precisely targeted and effectively support the sales funnel, from initial lead generation to deal closure. Your insights will be crucial in refining strategies and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
- • A key aspect of this role involves developing and executing integrated marketing plans that span various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, virtual and in-person events, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You will orchestrate these efforts to create a cohesive and impactful customer journey.
- • You will be tasked with managing the marketing budget for your region, ensuring that investments are strategically allocated to maximize ROI. This includes forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting on the financial performance of marketing programs.
- • Performance measurement and reporting are paramount. You will establish clear KPIs for all marketing activities, regularly analyze campaign data, and provide insightful reports to both the marketing and sales teams. This data-driven approach will enable continuous optimization and demonstrate the marketing team's contribution to revenue.
- • You will work closely with the broader marketing team, including content, digital, and product marketing, to ensure that all regional campaigns are aligned with global messaging and product strategies. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, or a similar B2B marketing role, with a strong focus on driving pipeline and revenue.
- • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, events, ABM).
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
