📋 Description

• As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Flexera Software LLC, you will play a high-visibility role in enabling GTM leadership to make smarter, data-driven business decisions by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Day to day, you will collect requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Finance teams; build and maintain performance dashboards tracking bookings, pipeline health, conversion rates, and productivity; analyze data from multiple systems to surface trends and risks; leverage AI tools critically to enhance analysis; and present findings and recommendations directly to GTM leaders to drive accountability and change.
