- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at ShareGate Inc., you will serve as the execution engine behind the revenue tech ecosystem, turning ideas into operational reality by building integrations, implementing workflows, strengthening data integrity, and ensuring systems run fast and clean.
- • Day to day, you will partner with the Manager of Revenue Systems to scope and pressure-test automation requests, build or update integrations between revenue tools, implement validation logic to reinforce data integrity, investigate and resolve system issues impacting reporting, roll out quick-turn configuration changes, explore AI tools for operational efficiency, and support ad hoc operational needs with speed and precision.
- • You will join a high-performance Revenue Systems team known for grit, accountability, and speed, operating with strong ownership and a commitment to delivering results quickly—where needs identified Thursday at 5pm are met by Friday morning.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how automation and intelligent tooling power the revenue engine during an AI shift, contribute to scaling revenue infrastructure for faster growth, reinforce governance, increase operational efficiency, and embed AI-driven workflows into everyday execution, helping build the next version of the revenue machine.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in RevOps, revenue systems, or CRM-focused roles
- • Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration
- • Experience with CRM environments and revenue tools
- • Comfort working with integrations, workflows, and automation logic
- • High attention to data quality and operational detail
- • Ability to move quickly and operate in high-expectation environments
- • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools
