As a key player in bridging the gap between Product, Marketing, and Sales, you will be instrumental in empowering our global revenue teams to effectively position, pitch, and sell the immense value of nCino's innovative cloud banking solutions. This role is critical for driving revenue growth by ensuring our sales force is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
- • You will take the lead on product launch enablement, meticulously translating complex product features into compelling sales narratives, clear value propositions, and distinct competitive differentiators. Your expertise will be vital in orchestrating seamless go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that directly contribute to revenue expansion. This involves developing and delivering impactful GTM training programs designed to transform product knowledge into persuasive customer conversations that ultimately result in closed deals.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves contributing to our robust new hire onboarding programs. You will help accelerate the time-to-productivity for new team members by developing comprehensive product-focused curriculum, engaging training modules, and certification content that ensures they are confident and capable from day one.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of product and GTM enablement. This includes leading end-to-end enablement strategies for new product releases and GTM campaigns, ensuring that all product updates are translated into sales-ready training materials and actionable content. You will be responsible for developing a suite of comprehensive product enablement assets, such as persuasive pitch decks, detailed demo guides, concise battle cards, effective objection handlers, and insightful competitive intelligence reports.
- • Furthermore, you will create and maintain essential product playbooks that codify winning sales strategies. These playbooks will serve as a definitive resource, outlining best practices across various solutions, customer personas, target industries, and deal types, thereby standardizing excellence in our sales approach.

This includes designing and delivering bootcamps, certification programs, and demo clinics that are specifically crafted to build seller confidence and deepen product fluency, ensuring our teams can articulate nCino's value proposition with precision and impact.
- • Beyond product launches, you will contribute significantly to our onboarding and content development efforts. By building scalable enablement assets, including e-learning modules, microlearning content, video tutorials, and assessments, you will leverage modern instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- • You will manage the entire enablement content lifecycle, ensuring its accessibility and relevance within our Learning Management System (LMS) and sales enablement platforms. This involves a proactive approach to content maintenance, updates, and organization.
- • A crucial element of this role is fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other subject matter experts. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for creating high-quality, sales-ready content that is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
- • To ensure the effectiveness of our enablement programs, you will leverage LMS analytics, Salesforce data, and other performance metrics to measure program impact and demonstrate a clear return on investment (ROI). This data-driven approach will inform continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
- • You will partner closely with Revenue Operations to analyze key sales metrics, including product attach rates, win/loss data, and deal velocity, to identify specific enablement gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- • Building and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations is paramount. Your ability to influence and collaborate across these departments will be key to your success.
- • Finally, you will stay consistently current on the competitive landscape, market trends, and nCino's product developments to ensure that all enablement efforts remain relevant, timely, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
