- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Second Nature Health Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by delivering data-driven insights that drive operational excellence and revenue growth. This role is essential to ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate with aligned, accurate, and actionable data.
- • Day to day, you will develop, maintain, and automate key operational reports and dashboards tracking pipeline generation, sales cycle length, conversion rates, customer retention, and GTM ROI; conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities; translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership; monitor funnel health to identify bottlenecks; and assist in forecasting and planning using historical performance data.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their reporting needs, provide customized ad-hoc analyses, support UAT for system enhancements, collaborate on training materials, and serve as a trusted advisor by enabling data-informed decision-making across GTM functions.
- • The RevOps team at Second Nature is a fast-growing, cross-functional unit embedded within a mission-driven startup revolutionizing the resident experience through its Resident Experience Platform. You will have the opportunity to grow your analytical and technical skills in a high-impact environment, contribute to scalable processes, and directly influence GTM strategy while working alongside 290+ passionate teammates committed to creating triple-win outcomes for residents, property managers, and investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred
- • 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
- • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- • Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation)
- • Experience working with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required
- • Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle (Marketing to Sales to Customer Success)
- • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences
