• • Your primary mission will be to foster exceptional customer success, acting as the key technical liaison between Rerun and a portfolio of clients. You will guide customers from initial demonstrations and contract signing through to deep integration and production deployment of our Rerun platform.
• • A strong sense of ownership is paramount. You will be empowered to take initiative, solve complex problems, and drive value for our customers, directly influencing the evolution of our product.
• • In the first six months, your success will be measured by your ability to cultivate deep customer satisfaction and trust. This involves not only understanding their technical challenges but also proactively identifying how Rerun can address them.
• • You will be instrumental in the "landing" of new customers by conducting compelling technical demonstrations and building engineer-to-engineer rapport, leveraging your machine learning expertise to showcase the power of Rerun.
• • Following successful onboarding, you will support customers through their "launch" phase, providing both remote and onsite assistance. This role anticipates approximately 30% travel, with the potential for this percentage to grow as the company scales.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve "improving the product" by meticulously mapping customer needs and bespoke solutions back to our product roadmap. This feedback loop is essential for driving innovation and ensuring Rerun remains the leading data stack for Physical AI.
• • You will work extensively with machine learning workflows, focusing on the development and optimization of data pipelines. This includes ingesting data from diverse physical systems, meticulously curating datasets, and transforming them into robust training datasets suitable for advanced ML models.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to the training and experimentation phases, where you will build reference projects for critical embodied AI use cases. This includes developing pipelines for imitation learning, establishing effective sim-to-real setups, and creating rigorous evaluation frameworks to assess model performance.
• • You will be a hands-on contributor, comfortable fixing features and preparing data pipelines with the same enthusiasm as running a live demo. This role demands a versatile engineer capable of tackling a wide range of technical challenges.
• • The ideal candidate possesses a strong ML engineering background, ideally complemented by data engineering experience. A deep understanding of data pipelines, ingestion processes, and the unique challenges presented by physical-world data is crucial.
• • Proficiency in Python is essential, with C++ or Rust skills being a significant advantage.
