• • The Sales Analyst at Zillow Home Loans (ZHL) plays a critical role in ensuring the sales team effectively executes strategic growth initiatives by developing metrics, generating insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across frontline teams.
• • Day to day, the analyst will develop intake processes for metric diagnostics, gather reporting requirements from frontline managers, document metric definitions, define and refine performance metrics, conduct ad hoc analyses, identify technical logic bugs in metrics, and collaborate as a conduit between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• • The Sales Analytics team at ZHL is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of performance measurement, insight generation, product rollout effectiveness, and frontline feedback loops, acting as multi-skill athletes who bridge engineering logic with non-technical communication to support sales optimization.
• • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in data modeling, metric integrity, cross-functional stakeholder management, and strategic sales operations, becoming a trusted advisor who drives clarity, productivity, and growth in ZHL’s sales motion through objective, actionable insights.
