  • • As an Inbound SDR focused on the Healthcare vertical, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture incoming leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and web inquiries. You will be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients seeking solutions in the healthcare space, ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and aligned with our clients' needs.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves meticulously qualifying these inbound leads. You will employ a defined set of criteria to assess the potential of each prospect, ensuring that our Account Executives are focusing their valuable time on the most promising opportunities.   • • Once a lead is qualified, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and product demonstrations for our Account Executives.   • • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer relationship management (CRM) system is paramount. You will diligently record all activities, update lead statuses, and ensure that our sales pipeline is accurately reflected.   • • Proactive follow-up with inbound prospects is essential to ensure timely engagement and prevent leads from going cold. You will develop and execute follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged throughout their buying journey.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role, demonstrating an ability to engage with prospects and manage inquiries effectively.
  • • Prior experience working remotely, with demonstrated fluency and comfort using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms.
