  • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving top-of-funnel growth through a strategic blend of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. We are looking for an individual who can not only excel independently in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting but also serve as a valuable mentor and guide to junior members of our SDR team.   • Your primary responsibilities will involve executing high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach campaigns. This requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with potential clients. You will be expected to meticulously research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate meaningful conversations that pave the way for sales engagement.
  • Simultaneously, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated through various marketing channels. Your ability to quickly respond, engage, and qualify these leads will be crucial in converting interest into tangible sales opportunities. This involves understanding prospect needs, articulating the value proposition of our clients' solutions, and effectively guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • A significant aspect of this role involves performing in-depth prospect research and account qualification. You will leverage various tools and techniques to gather intelligence on target companies, understand their business challenges, and determine their fit with our clients' offerings. This meticulous research will enable you to tailor your outreach and ensure that you are engaging with the most promising prospects.
  • Setting and managing sales appointments and product demonstrations is a core function. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads, providing them with all the necessary context and information to close deals. Your ability to schedule and confirm these critical meetings will directly influence the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets. We expect a data-driven approach, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing key performance indicators related to lead generation, opportunity creation, and appointment setting.
  • Maintaining clean and accurate CRM data is paramount. You will be responsible for diligently updating prospect information, logging all activities, and ensuring the integrity of our sales database. This commitment to data hygiene is essential for effective reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
