This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with both prospects and internal sales teams. Your success in setting these meetings directly contributes to the overall sales pipeline and revenue generation.
- • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer relationship management (CRM) system is paramount. You will be responsible for diligently updating activity logs, lead records, and prospect information. Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is essential for tracking progress and ensuring seamless communication across the sales team.
- • A critical aspect of the SDR role is the timely and effective follow-up with inbound prospects. You will develop and execute follow-up strategies to ensure consistent engagement, nurturing leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel and preventing them from going cold.
- • You will immerse yourself in learning and articulating the unique value proposition of our clients within the healthcare sector. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role, demonstrating an ability to engage with customers and manage inquiries.
- • Prior experience working remotely, with demonstrated fluency and comfort using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms.
- • Experience working with or engaging customers from US or UK-based companies, indicating an understanding of international business communication standards.
- • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor when speaking with prospects over the phone.
- • Basic experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for managing leads and tracking activities.
