- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and engaging. You will execute a comprehensive outbound prospecting strategy, leveraging a combination of cold calls, personalized emails, and strategic social outreach to connect with potential clients. A critical aspect of your role will be to deeply understand the needs, challenges, and buying intent of prospects. This involves asking insightful questions, actively listening, and demonstrating a genuine interest in solving their business problems. - • A key performance indicator for this role will be your ability to schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This requires not only excellent communication and persuasion skills but also a thorough understanding of our product offerings and the value proposition we bring to our clients. You will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all your outreach activities and lead interactions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This meticulous record-keeping is essential for tracking progress, analyzing performance, and informing future strategies.
- • To ensure consistent success, you will be tasked with meeting and exceeding ambitious activity and performance targets, including the number of calls made, conversations held, and meetings successfully booked. We believe in data-driven decision-making, and your performance will be measured against these key metrics. To further enhance the effectiveness of your outreach, you will conduct thorough research on target accounts and individual contacts. This research will enable you to personalize your messaging, making your interactions more relevant and impactful. Building strong relationships with potential clients starts with understanding their business context.
