Hire Hangar is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in fueling pipeline growth for innovative companies within the Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI sectors.
- • This is a mid-level, fully remote position, offering the unique advantage of working across US time zones (EST–PST), allowing you to engage with a diverse global client base. You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing potential clients, educating them on cutting-edge solutions, and ultimately setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
- • As an SDR, your primary mission will be to execute highly effective outbound prospecting campaigns. This involves leveraging a multi-channel approach, including strategic outreach via phone, targeted email sequences, and professional networking on LinkedIn. Your ability to craft compelling messages and connect with potential clients will be key to generating interest and initiating conversations.
- • A crucial aspect of this role is the qualification of both inbound and outbound leads. You will meticulously assess each prospect's needs, challenges, and potential fit with our clients' offerings, ensuring that only sales-ready opportunities are passed on to our Account Executives. This requires a keen understanding of business needs and the ability to ask insightful questions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) within a B2B technology sales environment.
- • Demonstrated success in executing outbound prospecting campaigns and consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets.
- • Prior experience working effectively in a fully remote setting, with demonstrated proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar.
- • Experience engaging with and selling to clients based in US or UK markets.
- • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
