- • Join Alan SAS’s exclusive Sales Graduate Program Recruitment Day in Paris on June 4, 2026, a selective event offering 20 candidates the chance to secure a permanent Business Development Representative (BDR) role with immediate impact and long-term growth potential.
- • As a selected candidate, you will begin your journey in June 2026 (or per availability) as a BDR, engaging in structured phases of learning: mastering foundational sales activities like prospecting and opportunity creation, advancing to leadership responsibilities such as coaching and project management, and eventually specializing in either enterprise or SMB sales paths.
- • You will be part of Alan’s mission-driven culture, where transparency, ownership, and continuous growth are core values, and you’ll work directly with experienced Alaners to understand the company’s vision of transforming healthcare into a preventive, member-centric system.
- • Over 18–24 months, you will develop end-to-end sales expertise, positioning yourself for internal mobility into senior roles such as Account Executive or Inbound Sales, supported by personalized coaching, real-world simulations, and direct mentorship from senior team members.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hold a Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent academic background
- • Have up to 2 years of professional experience (including internships or early career roles)
- • Demonstrate strong interest in sales, with preference for prior exposure to business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- • Be based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, France
- • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- • Show alignment with Alan’s mission and values, including enthusiasm for long-term impact and personal growth
