📋 Description

• • As the Sales Insights & Reporting Manager at NETGEAR, you will own how performance is tracked, understood, and operationalized across the retail and e-commerce business, turning data into decisions and reporting into a competitive advantage.
• • You will lead the design and delivery of weekly sales and promo performance reporting, own and manage the promotional calendar across retail and e-commerce channels, track promo details, analyze promo effectiveness and competitor behavior, partner with Finance on forecasting and accruals, collaborate with sales on forecast integration, and drive reporting automation using AI tools like LLMs and agentic workflows.
• • This role sits at the center of the consumer business, partnering across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning to ensure alignment with revenue, margin, and profitability goals while modernizing processes through AI and automation.
