This network will be your springboard for generating qualified leads and initiating meaningful conversations.   • • Strategic attendance at industry events is a core component of this role. You will represent BrandButter at approximately 4-6 key industry conferences and trade shows per year. These events are crucial for expanding your professional network, staying abreast of market trends, building BrandButter's brand presence, and, most importantly, generating and nurturing a robust sales pipeline. Your ability to network effectively and convert these interactions into tangible business opportunities will be paramount.
  • • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting through to outreach, compelling presentations, skillful negotiation, and ultimately, closing deals. This requires a proactive, organized, and persistent approach, ensuring that every potential opportunity is explored and maximized. The ability to articulate the benefits of offline acquisition in a digital-first industry, demonstrating its effectiveness and ROI, will be a key differentiator.
  • • Beyond direct sales, you will act as a crucial conduit for market intelligence. Your interactions with partners and your presence at industry events will provide invaluable feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-5 years of direct sales or business development experience specifically within the iGaming industry.
  • • A strong, established network of contacts within European iGaming markets, including operators, affiliates, and media buyers.
  • • Proven experience selling advertising solutions, affiliate deals, media buys, or related marketing and promotional products.
  • • Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of partners.
  • • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness working remotely, coupled with a willingness and ability to travel for industry events and client meetings across Europe.
  • • A self-starter mentality with exceptional relationship-building capabilities and a strong, demonstrable track record of closing deals.
