📋 Description
- • Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and environments using platform best practices and Agile SCRUM methodology
- • Support end users by troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues, managing support tickets, and resolving requests in a timely manner
- • Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative Salesforce features
- • Manage user accounts, including profile updates, permission set assignments, page layouts, and access controls
- • Perform data imports, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives using Salesforce-native tools such as Data Loader
- • Utilize Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and GitHub for configuration management, version control, and deployment activities across Salesforce environments
- • Maintain accurate system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Salesforce processes and configurations
- • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Senior System Administrators to implement system enhancements and integrations
- • Participate in data management activities to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance across Salesforce data sets
- • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates on support requests, system changes, and incident resolutions
- • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems as directed by technical leads
- • Ensure adherence to federal contract requirements and security protocols when managing Salesforce environments
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending configuration-based solutions
- • Document and share knowledge through training sessions and written guides for non-technical users
- • Engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the team’s SCRUM process
- • Support Public Sector or Service Cloud implementations as needed based on client requirements
- • Follow federal compliance standards for data handling and system access within government-contracted environments
- • Participate in testing cycles for new features, patches, and updates to ensure functional accuracy and user readiness
- • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support for Salesforce users across multiple federal agency clients
- • Maintain awareness of Salesforce platform updates and apply relevant changes to existing configurations
- • Ensure all administrative changes are tested in sandbox environments prior to production deployment
- • Work remotely from any location within the continental United States while meeting all federal contract obligations
- • Adhere to ICF’s policies regarding AI usage during interviews and employment processes
- • Support data migration and transformation efforts in alignment with client business process changes
