📋 Description

• The SalesForce Data Analyst role supports the B2B Sales Ops team by resolving compensation discrepancies, adjusting rep quotas, and ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce and compensation tools.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include data analysis, data validation, process documentation, account assignment in compensation systems and Salesforce, and supporting reporting and issue resolution.
• You will join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team, a global leader in intelligent transformation, where you’ll work with market-leading technology and insights to improve customer experience outcomes for top brands.
• This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in Salesforce administration, compensation operations, and data-driven decision-making within a high-impact, collaborative environment focused on process improvement and business enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com (SFDC) with hands-on user experience (no development skills required)
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building abilities
