- • **Pioneer the Next Generation of AI-Driven Government Service:** Join a leading team in Agentforce implementations and help redefine how federal agencies interact with constituents. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying secure Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance critical national mission environments.
- • **Develop Cutting-Edge Autonomous Agents:** Build and configure secure Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on creating autonomous agents capable of intelligent interaction with stakeholders. These agents will utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) grounded in robust CRM data, ensuring informed and context-aware responses.
- • **Enhance Agent Capabilities with Custom Actions:** Develop and configure Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to equip agents with specialized, custom 'Actions'. These tools will empower agents to efficiently and effectively resolve complex inquiries, improving service delivery.
- • **Implement Robust Business Logic and Automation:** Apply business logic, automation, and integration solutions specifically for the Case and Knowledge objects within Salesforce. All implementations must adhere to stringent Federal standards and security requirements, ensuring compliance and reliability.
- • **Optimize Case Management and Routing:** Design and deploy sophisticated Omni-Channel and routing logic. This ensures that mission-critical work is dynamically and intelligently assigned to the most appropriate resources, maximizing efficiency and response times.
- • **Integrate with Legacy Federal Systems:** Support secure integrations with existing legacy Federal systems. This critical function ensures that the Agentforce engine has access to a comprehensive and accurate basis of knowledge, enabling better decision-making and service provision.
- • **Translate Mission Requirements into Technical Designs:** Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Solution Architects to translate complex, often sensitive, mission requirements into high-impact technical designs. Your expertise will bridge the gap between operational needs and technical solutions.
- • **Ensure Compliance and Quality through Rigorous Testing:** Actively participate in code reviews and provide essential support during testing and troubleshooting phases, particularly during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This ensures that all developed solutions meet and exceed strict Federal security requirements and functional specifications.
- • **Contribute to Secure DevSecOps Pipelines:** Play a key role in contributing to DevSecOps pipelines and secure Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. This is vital for ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure deployment of solutions within demanding Federal delivery environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, and secure API integrations.
- • Proven ability to implement business logic and automation within Salesforce; experience with Agentforce or Generative AI grounding is a significant plus.
- • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce into Federal legacy systems.
- • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex, cleared environments.
- • Extensive knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and building comprehensive customer journeys.
- • Experience with secure development practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in Federal delivery environments.
- • Practical expertise in Agile methodology, including managing scrum calls and prioritizing backlogs for complex programs.
- • US Citizenship required.
- • Active Security Clearance required.
- • Bachelor’s degree required.
- • Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
