📋 Description

• • Be the architect of quality at realfast, where you’ll stand up our entire QA discipline from zero to one while simultaneously shipping bullet-proof Salesforce solutions to Fortune-class clients. You are not a back-office tester—you are a strategic co-founder of the quality function whose fingerprints will be on every release we ship.
• • Own end-to-end quality for 3–4 concurrent Salesforce engagements spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack. Translate complex business requirements into exhaustive test strategies that cover functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT layers.
• • Design and document the QA playbook: test policy, entry/exit criteria, branching strategy, environment management, defect triage, release gates, and KPI dashboards. Your templates will become the gold standard that future hires inherit.
• • Execute hands-on testing—yes, you’ll still click, script, and validate. Build reusable test data sets, automate repetitive regression packs in JavaScript/Python/Playwright, and validate data migrations involving millions of records across orgs and sandboxes.
• • Champion AI-augmented testing. Prompt-engineer LLMs to auto-generate test cases, predict risk hotspots, and surface anomalies humans miss. Evangelise these techniques across the team so we deliver faster without sacrificing quality.
• • Run UAT war-rooms with business stakeholders, turning skeptical users into raving fans by demonstrating flawless workflows and rapid defect turnaround. Capture feedback loops that feed directly into product backlogs.
• • Partner elbow-to-elbow with Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts in daily stand-ups to shift quality left—spotting ambiguities in user stories before a single line of code is written.
• • Establish traceability matrices that map every requirement to test cases, defects, and automated scripts, ensuring 100 % audit readiness for regulated clients.
• • Build and mentor the next generation of QA engineers. Create onboarding bootcamps, brown-bag sessions, and career ladders that turn junior testers into Salesforce domain experts.
• • Define and monitor quality metrics—defect leakage, test coverage, automation ROI, cycle time—presenting insights to execs that directly influence release decisions and client renewals.
• • Validate complex integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware queues, real-time syncs, and third-party AI services. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance under peak load.
• • Continuously experiment with emerging tools—Provar, Copado Testing, Cypress, Selenium, Dockerised test environments—to keep our stack modern and our team excited.
• • Influence product roadmap by feeding quality insights back to engineering leadership, ensuring scalability and maintainability are baked into every feature.
• • Maintain a security-first mindset, embedding OWASP and Salesforce security best practices into every test cycle to protect sensitive customer data.
