- • As a Scrum Master/Lead Test Engineer at CSG Systems International, Inc., you will play a dual role in driving Agile excellence and ensuring software quality, directly contributing to the delivery of reliable, high-performance technology solutions for global clients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing team impediments, leading end-to-end software testing (functional, regression, integration, performance), designing AI-enhanced test plans and cases, debugging defects, mentoring junior QA engineers, and collaborating across the software development lifecycle to embed quality from inception.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile Principles
- • Extensive experience in Software Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- • Demonstrated proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving
- • Solid understanding of Software Architectures and Software Design principles
- • Experience in the Software Development lifecycle
- • Experience leveraging UI tools for efficient test case identification, writing, and execution
- • Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills
- • A passion for Mentoring and fostering team growth
- • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus
- • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a business environment
