- • The Senior Analyst, Government Programs Operations - Analysis & Efficiencies plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational success of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs by developing data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports and BI dashboards, creating standardized code templates to automate tasks, and ensuring analytical outputs align with regulatory requirements through collaboration with subject matter experts.
- • The role involves designing scalable, automated solutions to streamline workflows, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, supporting root-cause analysis of encounter data issues, and preparing user documentation and training materials as needed.
- • Working within Judi Health’s enterprise health technology ecosystem—which includes Capital Rx, Judi Health™, and the Judi® Enterprise Health Platform—the analyst contributes to rebuilding trust in healthcare by improving government program operations through innovation, precision, and cross-functional alignment.
- • The analyst will gain deep expertise in healthcare data analytics, government healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange), regulatory compliance (CMS guidance), and enterprise-scale BI automation, while developing leadership in process optimization and data storytelling across clinical, operational, and compliance teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of healthcare data experience
- • 4+ years of experience working with SQL, R, or Python
- • 4+ years of experience working with business intelligence tools
- • Experience performing analyses on large sets of data
- • Knowledge of data management, statistics, and modeling concepts
- • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or 4+ years of relevant experience
